Bringing your vision to life
Before we get started, I offer a free, informal chat to talk through your project and see if we’re a good fit. Once we decide to move forward, we’ll go through my four step process, a clear and collaborative journey that turns your ideas into a brand that’s not only beautiful but also feels 100% you. It’s all about creating something you’ll be proud to share.

Discovery & Strategy
We’ll start with a relaxed, one-hour chat to get to know your brand, audience, and goals. It’s all about understanding your business and where you want to take it, so we can set a clear direction before diving into design.

Design & Exploration
With a solid direction in place, I'll start exploring creative ways to bring your brand to life. I use a one concept approach, focusing on developing a single, strong direction that best fits your goals. This stage usually takes around two weeks, and once the concept is ready, I’ll present it to you, walking you through the logo, colour palette, typography, and overall visual style.

Refinement
Once you’ve had time to review the concept, we’ll go through your feedback together and make any refinements needed. I’ll fine-tune the details and present the updated design so you can see how everything is coming together.

Delivery
After everything is approved, I’ll package up all your final files and hand everything over. You’ll receive your designs in multiple formats like JPEG, SVG, and PDF, along with any other assets we’ve agreed on. Everything will be neatly organised and ready for you to start using right away.
How long does the whole process take?
I'm all about quality over speed. The process generally takes around 4-6 weeks, from our first chat to the final files. We'll work closely together through each step to make sure we get it just right, without rushing anything.
Why is a good logo so important?
A good logo isn't just a pretty picture; it's the face of your business. It's the first thing people see and the main thing they remember. When your logo is thoughtful and professional, it helps build trust and tells your story in a split second, making your brand instantly recognizable and memorable.
I'm on a tight budget.
Can't I just use a cheap online service or AI?
It's tempting, for sure. But here's the thing: those services often give you a generic, templated logo that thousands of other businesses might have. It won’t be unique to your story or your audience. A great brand identity is a real investment in your business, and it's something that will pay off for years to come. I promise, the extra effort is worth it!
What if I don't like the designs you create?
This is why we have a clear, step-by-step process. We'll start with a detailed chat to make sure we're on the same page from the beginning. We'll have feedback sessions after each stage, so you're part of the process every step of the way. My goal is to create something you'll absolutely love and be proud to show off!
What do I receive at the end of the project?
You'll receive a complete brand kit with everything you need to use your new visuals with confidence. This includes all your logo files in various formats for print and web, along with a simple guide on how to use them. You'll have all the tools to keep your brand looking sharp across everything you do.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
No worries! I’m happy to chat things through and help figure out the best way to approach your project. Sometimes just talking it out helps bring clarity.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project?
